Classes:

Kanaijuku will have fall through spring sessions which run from September to May as a continuous year-long course in two separate classes: beginner and advance level. Both classes are ninety minutes long on Saturday mornings in person at Franklin Junior High School, JASI headquarter in Des Moines. The focus of the beginners class is speaking and listening basic phrases and conversational skills. You dont’ need prior Japanese studies at any institutions. On the other hand, advanced class requires formal language studies and the ability to read and write Hiragana, Katakana and some Kanji. Students will continue to develop all four domains of the language study including honorific forms and more complex sentences structures.
